In 1945, as British forces occupied Mandatory Palestine and Arab leaders threatened another genocide, a group of 45 teenagers secretly built an underground ammunition factory beneath a working laundromat — right next to a British military base. This video tells the story of the Ayalon Institute: how young Zionists manufactured millions of bullets to arm the Jewish state in its fight for survival, and how their extraordinary discipline and courage remained hidden for 30 years.
