On November 4th, the world will commemorate Yitzhak Rabin’s 25th yahrtzeit (anniversary of death).

Regardless of where you stand on the political spectrum, Rabin was a towering figure who is seen as one of Israel’s most illustrious servants. Rabin played an outsized role in Israel’s history: he was a military leader in the 1948 War of Independence and the 1967 Six-Day War; he oversaw Operation Entebbe in 1976; and he signed the Oslo Accords in 1993.
