Gerald Steinberg, PhD

Professor of Political Studies, Bar Ilan University

Gerald is a distinguished professor of political studies at Bar Ilan University. He is a frequent commenter on Israel and the Middle East, and has published numerous articles and books. His latest book is Menachem Begin and the Israel-Egypt Peace Process: Between Ideology and Political Realism. Gerald is also the president of NGO Monitor, a research institute promoting democratic values and good governance, primarily in the context of the Arab-Israeli conflict.
