Executive Vice President
Dr. Noam Weissman is an Executive Vice President at OpenDor Media. He leads the education vision and implementation at OpenDor Media with a special focus on the development of meaningful content and resources for students and educators. He holds a doctorate in educational psychology from USC with a focus on curriculum design.
Senior Director of Israel Education - EMEA
Avi Posen is the Senior Director of Israel Education – EMEA at Unpacked for Educators, a division of OpenDor Media. His focus is on content creation and exposing Jewish educators around the world to our Unpacked for Educators materials. Avi has worked as a Judaic Studies teacher, Hillel Director and Jewish camp director. He holds a Masters in Jewish Education from Yeshiva University in New York.
Senior Director of Israel Education - AMER
Sarah Gordon is the Senior Director of Israel Education – AMER for Unpacked for Educators, a division of OpenDor Media. Previously, Sarah served as the Director of Israel Guidance and Experiential Education at Ma’ayanot High School, where she taught Talmud, chaired a course on Contemporary Israel, and brought her vision and creativity to a wide range of school programs. Sarah holds dual masters degrees in Jewish Education and Modern Jewish History from Yeshiva University, where she is currently pursuing her Ed.D as a Wexner Fellow and Davidson Scholar.

Sara Himeles is an editor at Unpacked for Educators, a division of OpenDor Media. She has created and managed content and communications for former Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and presidential candidate Barack Obama. Sara received rabbinical ordination from Ziegler at American Jewish University in Los Angeles and her BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

In 1995, Allen Skolnick and his wife Connie established the CAMBR Foundation (today the Skolnick Family Charitable Trust) to educate, engage, and inspire the next generation about Israel and the Jewish people. The Foundation supports several national not-for-profit organizations, including the American Jewish Committee, Hillel Foundation and Birthright Israel.
Today, Barry Skolnick, their son, continues his parents’ legacy by running the Foundation and expanding its impact. Barry, a successful real estate and business pioneer and philanthropist, also serves on the boards of the Mount Sinai Medical Center, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center, among other organizations.
Sam Solomon was a brilliant rabbi, innovative business leader, philanthropist, karate master, and dedicated family man. Sam was driven by the values of justice and fairness, the survival and prosperity of the Jewish people and Israel, and helping people work better together to make a positive impact on the world around us.
